Chuck Kennon played only one snap this season before Florida State dismissed the freshman cornerback for conduct detrimental to the team.
- On Tuesday, Florida State dismissed freshman cornerback Chuck Kennon from the football program, citing conduct deemed detrimental to the team.
- Kennon arrived in Tallahassee as the Seminoles' top-rated recruit in the 2026 class but played only one snap this season, appearing against Virginia on Oct. 3.

- Since winning the ACC title in 2023, Florida State has posted a 4-15 conference record and has not won a regular-season road game since beating Florida on Nov. 25, 2023.
